Hello Family,
Today was a very cool day and it seems many more to come. This morning it was great to enjoy breakfast and then to sit in the LR and watch the birds out side. We went to Arcy Acres and bought a black cherry tree, a burning bush which gets fiery red in the fall, it's beautiful and a pump to spray all our fruit trees next year. Each tree takes different strengths of spraying. When we came home we sat out in the drive way and shelled a bushel of walnuts that we have been running over. What fun!!!!!! This was just the hulls, now we have to crack them. We went on the internet and bought a Poter Walnut Cracker, so now we can spend time cracking our bushel of walnuts. An interesting spent day! We are trying to get a few things finished in our home. For anyone who wants to call on our cell phone, we now have our booster antenna hooked up in the house and have signal by using our booster. Another blessing. Our cable company came out and hooked up our HD TV and the phone company came out and hooked up our phone in the house. We probably wont want to leave in January for our project. Stacy, it is so good to hear of all the wonderful things that are happening in your life. Yes, God is good and I am so glad you can now start making big plans. Sounds interesting. Christina, I almost think you have too much time on your hands -bacon and eggs scarf- cute. I did think your hat was adorable. Think I might need one of those if we are up here in TN. It's cold!! Cindy, your blogs are always interesting, keep up the good work. Cant wait until you Mom starts her blogging again, then I know she is feeling somewhat better. I guess since Rhetoman got his I-pod phone, he probably won't blog too much. We miss it!! Hope all others in the family are doing well. Would love to hear from each one. Back on track

Dear Family,
It looks like I'm not the only one who is lagging behind on their blogging. No one has anything new to add to their blog or is everyone so busy that blogging is taking a back seat? Maybe I can get something started!! I't one AM and I am not sleepy so thought this was a good time to get my mind working and say HELLO. Bryan and Carolyn are up here with us for 9 or so days. Yes, they are sleeping out in the rig and we are trying to adjust to our new home and a new bed. Dad just came out and asked what I am doing and he wasn't sleeping as well. Our home is almost finished!!!! Finally!!! We have the baseboard to put down and trim work to paint and then we can rest awhile. Today Carolyn and I canned applesause. So far I have 21 quarts and will probably end up with about 28 all toll. I found out today that if I cook the applesause, pleeling and all and then put them in my vita-mix, that the vita-mix puree the peeling and I don't have to run them through the sieve. Better for you and it saves hours of work and it tastes good. Bryan and Carolyn went to the orchard and brought back a box of tomatoes that I will can tomorrow. How wonderful it is to be able to do the things you like to do and have wonderful food on the shelves to eat during winter!!! Here are 3 pictures of our home inside for you to see all the work accomplished. Let us see if these are really pictures and then I will blog some more tomorrow. Just an update on Carla. I talked to her today and she was feel alittle better then on Mon and Tues. It usually takes her about 4 days before she starts to feel like a normal person. Keep praying for her and Bill that God will give them comfort, wisdom and help them to travel through this time in their lives. The Lord never makes mistakes, even though we cannot understand all of His ways, but He is faithful and we have to put our faith and trust in Him. When we look at the world situation, it makes us all say Lord, come quickly. I love you all and you all are in our prayers daily. Love SMG
