A day to myself

Today was my day!!!!! We slept till 8:15 before getting up. Had a good breakfast of eggs, applesause, home-made bread and coffee. Right after breakfast I went to town "by myself." Went to the farmers market first and bought some corn (for Perry) 2 1/2 dozens, good looking tomatoes and then went garage sale hunting. Yes the ultimate 127 garage sale that runs from OH to AL. Crossville, from Wal-Mart all the way to where I turned off @ Daddy's Creek, I shopped and shopped and shopped and bought nothing. This was getting alittle tiring so I finally got home about 1 PM. Ate 3 ears of corn and loved every mouth full. It was delicious. Put one dozen in the frig and cut the rest off the cob and put in the freezer. Think we will go the the farmers market again on Sat and get more corn to take down to Bill and Carlas on Sunday. Perry will get in tomorrow evening. Went back into town, with Dad, again and ate at America resturant, then went to Wal-Mart to buy a fan plus groceries and then came home. What a day, but it was good to get out by myself, once in a while. Love to all, Mom
